KL|Owen is a fully custom, digital-treatment-planning platform that gives complete control of tooth movement and bracket placement to the doctor via a digital interface. First, Dr. Hadgis uses a 3D digital model of the patient's teeth to create a representation of the final result in the software. Then working backwards through the movements to the starting positions he follows these movements to determine the exact right bracket prescription and bracket placements. After the treatment plan is designed for the patient by Dr. Hadgis, a custom bonding tray is 3D printed to place all brackets in the perfect location on the teeth at once for precise movement from start to finish. Dr. Hadgis' prescription, exact bracket for prescribed movement, and precise bracket placement work together to create the optimal final result for each patient.
